All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Emerald Haven. A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 60 days before departure.
Cancellation terms vary depending on the service provider. Generally:
Some suppliers may have stricter cancellation policies which will be communicated at the time of booking.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation for your trip. We can provide guidance but are not responsible for denied entry or transit.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and loss of luggage.
We will do our best to accommodate changes to bookings, but these may be subject to fees from suppliers and an administrative charge.
Emerald Haven acts as an agent for travel service providers and is not liable for their acts, omissions, or defaults. Our liability is limited to the commission we earn on your booking.
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or travel advisories.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The terms in effect at the time of booking will apply to your travel arrangements.
